    there will be no future^[b] for the wicked.^(H)

¹⁷ till I entered the sanctuary^(A) of God;
    then I understood their final destiny.^(B)

²⁰ They are like a dream^(A) when one awakes;^(B)
    when you arise, Lord,
    you will despise them as fantasies.^(C)
