⁵ Those who look to him are ^(A)radiant,
    and their faces shall never be ashamed.

123 To you I ^(B)lift up my eyes,
    O you who are ^(C)enthroned in the heavens!
² Behold, as the eyes of servants
    look to the hand of their master,
as the eyes of a maidservant
    to the hand of her mistress,
so our eyes look to the Lord our God,
    till he has mercy upon us.

²⁸ For it is you who light my ^(A)lamp;
    the Lord my God lightens my darkness.

³ Indeed, ^(A)none who wait for you shall be put to shame;
    they shall be ashamed who are ^(B)wantonly ^(C)treacherous.

^11 (A)Light ^(B)is sown^[a] for the righteous,
    and joy for the upright in heart.

⁹ For with you is ^(A)the fountain of life;
    ^(B)in your light do we see light.

⁵ Then you shall see and ^(A)be radiant;
    your heart shall thrill and exult,^[a]
because the abundance of the sea shall be turned to you,
    ^(B)the wealth of the nations shall come to you.
