Yes, you would dig around you, and ^(A)take your rest in safety.
¹⁹ You would also lie down, and no one would make you afraid;
Yes, many would court your favor.

² It is vain for you to rise up early,
To sit up late,
To ^(A)eat the bread of sorrows;
For so He gives His beloved sleep.

⁹ Who keeps our soul among the living,
And does not allow our feet to ^[a]be moved.
