⁴ The voice of the Lord is powerful;^(A)
    the voice of the Lord is majestic.

¹⁵ “He made the earth by his power;
    he founded the world by his wisdom^(A)
    and stretched^(B) out the heavens by his understanding.^(C)
16 When he thunders,^(D) the waters in the heavens roar;
    he makes clouds rise from the ends of the earth.
He sends lightning with the rain^(E)
    and brings out the wind from his storehouses.^(F)

³³ to him who rides^(A) across the highest heavens, the ancient heavens,
    who thunders^(B) with mighty voice.^(C)

⁶ Hear that uproar from the city,
    hear that noise from the temple!
It is the sound^(A) of the Lord
    repaying^(B) his enemies all they deserve.

⁹ For he spoke, and it came to be;
    he commanded,^(A) and it stood firm.

⁹ Do you have an arm like God’s,^(A)
    and can your voice^(B) thunder like his?^(C)
10 Then adorn yourself with glory and splendor,
    and clothe yourself in honor and majesty.^(D)
11 Unleash the fury of your wrath,^(E)
    look at all who are proud and bring them low,^(F)
12 look at all who are proud^(G) and humble them,^(H)
    crush^(I) the wicked where they stand.
