³⁷ I have pursued my enemies and overtaken them;
Neither did I turn back again till they were destroyed.

¹⁰ Yet it pleased the Lord to ^[a]bruise Him;
He has put Him to grief.
When You make His soul ^(A)an offering for sin,
He shall see His seed, He shall prolong His days,
And the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in His hand.
^11 [b]He shall see the labor of His soul, and be satisfied.
By His knowledge ^(B)My righteous ^(C)Servant shall ^(D)justify many,
For He shall bear their iniquities.
^12 (E)Therefore I will divide Him a portion with the great,
^(F)And He shall divide the ^[c]spoil with the strong,
Because He ^(G)poured out His soul unto death,
And He was ^(H)numbered with the transgressors,
And He bore the sin of many,
And ^(I)made intercession for the transgressors.

“I who speak in righteousness, mighty to save.”

² Why ^(A)is Your apparel red,
And Your garments like one who treads in the winepress?

³ “I have ^(B)trodden the winepress alone,
And from the peoples no one was with Me.
For I have trodden them in My anger,
And trampled them in My fury;
Their blood is sprinkled upon My garments,
And I have stained all My robes.
⁴ For the ^(C)day of vengeance is in My heart,
And the year of My redeemed has come.
^5 (D)I looked, but ^(E)there was no one to help,
And I wondered
That there was no one to uphold;
Therefore My own ^(F)arm brought salvation for Me;
And My own fury, it sustained Me.
⁶ I have trodden down the peoples in My anger,
Made them drunk in My fury,
And brought down their strength to the earth.”
