³² The God who has girded me with strength
    and made my way safe.^[a]

⁵ I am the Lord, and there is no other;
    besides me there is no god.
    I arm you, though you do not know me,^(A)

⁷ The Lord is my strength and my shield;
    in him my heart trusts;
so I am helped, and my heart exults,
    and with my song I give thanks to him.^(A)
