    stormy winds that do his bidding,^(B)

    come down from heaven,
and do not return to it
    without watering the earth
and making it bud and flourish,^(B)
    so that it yields seed^(C) for the sower and bread for the eater,^(D)

⁹ The tempest comes out from its chamber,^(A)
    the cold from the driving winds.^(B)
