¹⁴⁹ In your steadfast love hear my voice;
    O Lord, in your justice preserve my life.^(A)

⁷ I will recount the gracious deeds of the Lord,
    the praiseworthy acts of the Lord,
because of all that the Lord has done for us
    and the great favor to the house of Israel
that he has shown them according to his mercy,
    according to the abundance of his steadfast love.^(A)

⁴⁰ See, I have longed for your precepts;
    in your righteousness be gracious to me.^[a](A)

² Attend to me and answer me;
    I am troubled in my complaint.
I am distraught^(A)

¹ Have mercy on me, O God,
    according to your steadfast love;
according to your abundant mercy,
    blot out my transgressions.^(A)

²¹ But you, O Lord my Lord,
    act on my behalf for your name’s sake;
    because your steadfast love is good, deliver me.^(A)

² Listen to the sound of my cry,
    my King and my God,
    for to you I pray.^(A)

    in the morning I plead my case to you and watch.^(B)
