18 I will fulfill my vows to the Lord in the presence of all his people—
14 I will keep my promises to the Lord in the presence of all his people.
25 I will praise you in the great assembly. I will fulfill my vows in the presence of those who worship you.
11 Make vows to the Lord your God, and keep them. Let everyone bring tribute to the Awesome One.
5 It is better to say nothing than to make a promise and not keep it.
