⁴ The Lord is in his holy temple;^(A)
    the Lord is on his heavenly throne.^(B)
He observes everyone on earth;^(C)
    his eyes examine^(D) them.

¹⁹ The Lord has established his throne^(A) in heaven,
    and his kingdom rules^(B) over all.

⁶ In my distress^(A) I called to the Lord;^(B)
    I cried to my God for help.
From his temple he heard my voice;^(C)
    my cry came^(D) before him, into his ears.

²⁰ The Lord is in his holy temple;^(A)
    let all the earth be silent^(B) before him.

⁴ The One enthroned^(A) in heaven laughs;^(B)
    the Lord scoffs at them.

²⁴ Who can hide^(A) in secret places
    so that I cannot see them?”
declares the Lord.
    “Do not I fill heaven and earth?”^(B)
declares the Lord.

“Heaven is my throne,^(A)
    and the earth is my footstool.^(B)
Where is the house^(C) you will build for me?
    Where will my resting place be?
