¹⁹ And the Lord turned a very strong west wind, which took the locusts away and blew them ^(A)into the Red Sea. There remained not one locust in all the territory of Egypt.

¹⁴ whereas you do not know what will happen tomorrow. For what is your life? ^(A)It is even a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away.

¹³ But it will not be well with the wicked; nor will he prolong his days, which are as a shadow, because he does not fear before God.

¹² For who knows what is good for man in life, ^[a]all the days of his ^[b]vain life which he passes like ^(A)a shadow? ^(B)Who can tell a man what will happen after him under the sun?

¹³ So Moses stretched out his rod over the land of Egypt, and the Lord brought an east wind on the land all that day and all that night. When it was morning, the east wind brought the locusts.
