^24 (A)O Lord, how manifold are Your works!
In wisdom You have made them all.
The earth is full of Your ^(B)possessions—
²⁵ This great and wide sea,
In which are innumerable teeming things,
Living things both small and great.
²⁶ There the ships sail about;
There is that ^(C)Leviathan^[a]
Which You have ^[b]made to play there.

^27 (D)These all wait for You,
That You may give them their food in due season.

When it burst forth and issued from the womb;
⁹ When I made the clouds its garment,
And thick darkness its swaddling band;
¹⁰ When ^(B)I fixed My limit for it,
And set bars and doors;
¹¹ When I said,
‘This far you may come, but no farther,
And here your proud waves ^(C)must stop!’
