¹⁰ The righteous will be glad^(A) when they are avenged,^(B)
    when they dip their feet in the blood of the wicked.^(C)

²³ that your feet may wade in the blood of your foes,^(A)
    while the tongues of your dogs^(B) have their share.”

⁸ You will only observe with your eyes
    and see the punishment of the wicked.^(A)

“We give thanks^(A) to you, Lord God Almighty,^(B)
    the One who is and who was,^(C)
because you have taken your great power
    and have begun to reign.^(D)
18 The nations were angry,^(E)
    and your wrath has come.
The time has come for judging the dead,^(F)
    and for rewarding your servants the prophets^(G)
and your people who revere your name,
    both great and small^(H)—
and for destroying those who destroy the earth.”
