⁴He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision.

⁴The One enthroned^(A) in heaven laughs;^(B)
the Lord scoffs at them.

¹⁰The Lord sitteth upon the flood; yea, the Lord sitteth King for ever.

¹⁰The Lord sits enthroned over the flood;^(A)
the Lord is enthroned as King forever.^(B)

¹⁹God shall hear, and afflict them, even he that abideth of old. Selah. Because they have no changes, therefore they fear not God.

¹⁹God, who is enthroned from of old,^(A)
who does not change—
he will hear^(B) them and humble them,
because they have no fear of God.^(C)
