¹⁵ The valleys of the sea were exposed
    and the foundations^(A) of the earth laid bare
at your rebuke,^(B) Lord,
    at the blast of breath from your nostrils.^(C)

⁹ He rebuked^(A) the Red Sea, and it dried up;^(B)
    he led them through^(C) the depths as through a desert.

⁸ By the blast of your nostrils^(A)
    the waters piled up.^(B)
The surging waters stood up like a wall;^(C)
    the deep waters congealed in the heart of the sea.^(D)

² “Hear,^(A) you mountains, the Lord’s accusation;^(B)
    listen, you everlasting foundations of the earth.
For the Lord has a case^(C) against his people;
    he is lodging a charge^(D) against Israel.
