The Lord wraps(A) himself in light(B) as with a garment;
    he stretches(C) out the heavens(D) like a tent(E)
    and lays the beams(F) of his upper chambers on their waters.(G)
He makes the clouds(H) his chariot(I)
    and rides on the wings of the wind.(J)
He makes winds his messengers,[a](K)
    flames of fire(L) his servants.

He set the earth(M) on its foundations;(N)
