⁷ And I saw among the ^(A)simple,
And discerned among the ^[a]sons
A young man ^(B)lacking a heart of wisdom,

¹⁶ “^(A)Whoever is simple, let him turn in here,”
And to him who lacks a heart of wisdom she says,

¹² He who despises his neighbor lacks a heart of wisdom,
But a man of discernment keeps silent.

¹¹ He ^(A)who cultivates his land will be satisfied with bread,
But he who pursues empty things lacks a heart of wisdom.
