Proverbs 6:12-15
World English Bible
12 A worthless person, a man of iniquity,
is he who walks with a perverse mouth,
13 who winks with his eyes, who signals with his feet,
who motions with his fingers,
14 in whose heart is perverseness,
who devises evil continually,
who always sows discord.
15 Therefore his calamity will come suddenly.
He will be broken suddenly, and that without remedy.

The Folly of Causing Strife
12 A worthless man, a wicked man,
goes around with devious speech,
13 winking with his eyes, making signs[a] with[b] his feet,
pointing with his fingers,
14 planning evil with a perverse mind,[c]

15 Therefore, disaster will overtake him suddenly.
He will be broken in an instant,
and he will never recover.
