³⁴Surely He scorns the scornful,
but He gives favor to the humble.

¹⁹It is better to be of a lowly spirit with the poor,
than to divide the plunder with the proud.

¹⁹Better it is to be of a humble spirit with the lowly
than to divide the spoil with the proud.
