Proverbs 3:7-12

New American Standard Bible

^7 (A)Do not be wise in your own eyes;
^(B)Fear the Lord and turn away from evil.
⁸ It will be ^(C)healing to your ^[a]body
And ^(D)refreshment to your bones.
^9 (E)Honor the Lord from your wealth,
And from the ^(F)first of all your produce;
¹⁰ Then your ^(G)barns will be filled with plenty,
And your ^(H)vats will overflow with new wine.
^11 (I)My son, do not reject the ^[b]discipline of the Lord
Or loathe His rebuke,
¹² For ^(J)whom the Lord loves He disciplines,
Just ^(K)as a father disciplines the son in whom he delights.
