¹¹A rebel shouts in anger; a wise man holds his temper in and cools it.

¹²A wicked ruler will have wicked aides on his staff.

Proverbs 29:10-12

¹⁰The bloodthirsty hate the upright: but the just seek his soul.

¹¹A fool uttereth all his mind: but a wise man keepeth it in till afterwards.

¹²If a ruler hearken to lies, all his servants are wicked.

¹⁰The bloodthirsty hate a person of integrity
and seek to kill the upright.^(A)

¹¹Fools give full vent to their rage,^(B)
but the wise bring calm in the end.^(C)
