International Standard Version

⁴Those who forsake the Law praise the wicked,
but whoever keeps it^[a] fights them.

¹⁸Without revelation^[a]^(A) people run wild,^(B)
but one who listens to instruction will be happy.^(C)

¹⁸Without prophetic vision, people abandon restraint,
but those who obey the Law are happy.
