¹¹The rich man is wise in his own eyes,
But the poor who has understanding searches him out.

¹³He who conceals his transgression will not prosper,
but he who confesses and forsakes will obtain mercy.

¹³^(A)He who covers his sins will not prosper,
But whoever confesses and forsakes them will have mercy.

²⁵The greedy person^[a] will stir up strife,
but he who trusts in Yahweh will be enriched.

²⁵^(A)He who is of a proud heart stirs up strife,
