Proverbs 28:20-22

²⁰A faithful man will abound with blessings,
^(A)But he who hastens to be rich will not go unpunished.

²¹^(B)To ^[a]show partiality is not good,
^(C)Because for a piece of bread a man will transgress.

²²A man with an evil eye hastens after riches,
And does not consider that ^(D)poverty will come upon him.
