And a man of knowledge strengthens his power.
⁶ For ^(B)by guidance you will make war,
And ^(C)in abundance of counselors there is salvation.

²⁷ Establish your work outside
And ^(A)make it ready for yourself in the field;
And afterwards, you shall build your house.

^15 (A)When one is slow to anger, a ruler may be persuaded,
And a soft tongue breaks the bone.

⁴ By justice the ^(A)king causes the land to stand,
But a man of bribes tears it down.
