17 Do not gloat(A) when your enemy falls;
    when they stumble, do not let your heart rejoice,(B)
18 or the Lord will see and disapprove
    and turn his wrath away from them.(C)

And turn His anger away from him.
19 (B)Do not fret because of evildoers
Or be (C)envious of the wicked;

The (F)lamp of the wicked will be put out.
