Proverbs 20:16-18
English Standard Version
16 (A)Take a man's garment when he has put up security for a stranger,
and (B)hold it in pledge when he puts up security for foreigners.[a]
17 (C)Bread gained by deceit is sweet to a man,
but afterward his mouth will be full of (D)gravel.
18 (E)Plans are established by counsel;
by (F)wise guidance (G)wage war.
