² A fool does not delight in discernment,

So is he who hires a fool or who hires those who pass by.

Is a fool who ^(K)repeats ^[d]his folly.
¹² Do you see a man ^(L)wise in his own eyes?
^(M)There is more hope for a fool than for him.

²⁶ He who ^(A)trusts in his own heart is a fool,
But he who walks wisely will escape.

¹¹ A ^(A)fool ^[a]lets out all of his spirit,
But a ^(B)wise man holds it back.
