Proverbs 18:21-24

^21 (A)Death and life are in the ^[a]power of the tongue,
And those who love it will eat its ^(B)fruit.
²² He who finds a ^(C)wife finds a good thing
And ^(D)obtains favor from the Lord.
²³ The ^(E)poor man utters supplications,
But the ^(F)rich man ^(G)answers roughly.
²⁴ A man of too many friends comes to ^[b]ruin,
But there is ^(H)a ^[c]friend who sticks closer than a brother.
