And he who rules his spirit than he who takes a city.

and he that ruleth his spirit than he that taketh a city.

²⁸^(A)Whoever has no rule over his own spirit
Is like a city broken down, without walls.

²⁸He that hath no rule over his own spirit
is like a city that is broken down, and without walls.

¹¹A fool vents all his ^(A)feelings,^[a]
But a wise man holds them back.
