³²He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty;
And he that ruleth his spirit, than he that taketh a city.

²⁸He that hath no rule over his own spirit
is like a city that is broken down, and without walls.

²⁸^[a]He whose spirit is without restraint
Is like a city that is broken down and without walls.

¹¹A fool uttereth all his mind:
but a wise man keepeth it in till afterwards.

¹¹A fool uttereth all his ^[a]anger;
But a wise man keepeth it back and stilleth it.
