Proverbs 15:26-28

New International Version

²⁶ The Lord detests the thoughts^(A) of the wicked,^(B)
    but gracious words are pure^(C) in his sight.

²⁷ The greedy bring ruin to their households,
    but the one who hates bribes will live.^(D)

²⁸ The heart of the righteous weighs its answers,^(E)
    but the mouth of the wicked gushes evil.^(F)
