¹⁴ Where there is no guidance, a people falls;
    but in an abundance of counselors there is safety.

²² Without counsel plans go wrong,
    but with many advisers they succeed.

⁵ A wise man is mightier than a strong man,^[a]
    and a man of knowledge than he who has strength;
⁶ for by wise guidance you can wage your war,
    and in abundance of counselors there is victory.
