11 By the blessing of the upright a city is exalted,
But by the mouth of the wicked, it is torn down.
12 One who despises his neighbor lacks [a]sense,
But a person of understanding keeps silent.
13 One (A)who goes about as a slanderer reveals secrets,
But one who is [b]trustworthy (B)conceals a matter.
