But pleasant words are pure.

Men will call a ^[a]schemer.
⁹ The ^(B)scheming of folly is sin,
And the scoffer is an abomination to men.

¹⁸ He who walks blamelessly will be saved,
But he who is ^(A)crooked—^[a]double dealing—will fall all at once.

¹⁰ Men of ^(A)bloodshed hate the blameless,
But the upright seek the well-being of his soul.
