31 The (A)mouth of the righteous flows with wisdom,
But the (B)perverted tongue will be cut out.
32 The lips of the righteous know (C)what is acceptable,
But the (D)mouth of the wicked, what is perverted.

Contrast of the Upright and the Wicked

11 A (E)false balance is an abomination to the Lord,
But a (F)just weight is His delight.
When (G)pride comes, then comes dishonor;
But with the humble there is wisdom.
The (H)integrity of the upright will guide them,
But the (I)perversity of the treacherous will destroy them.
(J)Riches do not benefit on the day of wrath,
But (K)righteousness rescues from death.
The (L)righteousness of the blameless will smooth his way,
But (M)the wicked will fall by his own wickedness.
The righteousness of the upright will rescue them,
But the treacherous will (N)be caught by their own greed.
When a wicked person dies, his (O)expectation will perish,
And the (P)hope of strong people perishes.
The righteous is rescued from trouble,
But the wicked [a]takes his place.
