4 to give prudence to (A)the simple, knowledge and (B)discretion to the youth—
32 For the simple are killed by (A)their turning away, and (B)the complacency of fools destroys them;
7 and I have seen among (A)the simple, I have perceived among the youths, a young man (B)lacking sense,
5 O (A)simple ones, learn (B)prudence; O (C)fools, learn sense.
4 (A)“Whoever is simple, let him turn in here!” (B)To him who lacks sense she says,
16 (A)“Whoever is simple, let him turn in here!” And to him who lacks sense she says,
15 (A)The simple believes everything, but the prudent gives thought to his steps.
25 (A)Strike (B)a scoffer, and the simple will (C)learn prudence; (D)reprove a man of understanding, and he will gain knowledge.
11 When (A)a scoffer is punished, the simple becomes wise; when a wise man is instructed, he gains knowledge.
3 (A)The prudent sees danger and hides himself, but the simple go on and suffer for it.
