⁷Do not be wise in your own eyes;^(A)
fear the Lord^(B) and shun evil.^(C)

⁶By ^(A)lovingkindness and truth iniquity is atoned for,
And by the ^[a]^(B)fear of the Lord one keeps away from evil.

⁶Through love and faithfulness sin is atoned for;
