Proverbs 29:5-8

⁵ A man who ^(A)flatters his neighbor
Is spreading a net for his steps.
⁶ By wrongdoing an evil person is ^(B)ensnared,
But the righteous ^(C)sings and rejoices.
⁷ The ^(D)righteous ^[a]is concerned for the rights of the poor;
The wicked does not understand such ^[b]concern.
⁸ Arrogant people ^(E)inflame a city,
But ^(F)wise people turn away anger.
