Proverbs 27:18-20
New Living Translation
18 As workers who tend a fig tree are allowed to eat the fruit,
so workers who protect their employer’s interests will be rewarded.
19 As a face is reflected in water,
so the heart reflects the real person.
20 Just as Death and Destruction[a] are never satisfied,
so human desire is never satisfied.

18 Kon atimanon mo ang kahoy nga igos, makakaon ka sa iyang bunga. Sama nga kon atimanon mo ang imong agalon, pasidunggan ka niya.
19 Maingon nga makita mo ang imong hitsura diha sa tubig, ang sulod sa imong kasingkasing magpadayag usab sa imong pagkatawo.
20 Walay katagbawan ang kamatayon; mao usab ang pangandoy sa tawo.
