Proverbs 27:10
New Living Translation
10 Never abandon a friend—
either yours or your father’s.
When disaster strikes, you won’t have to ask your brother for assistance.
It’s better to go to a neighbor than to a brother who lives far away.

10 Ayaw kalimti ang imong higala, o ang higala sa imong amahan. Ug kon anaa ka sa kalisod, ayaw na pangayog tabang sa imong igsoon[a] nga atua sa layo. Ang suod nga isigka-ingon mas maayo pa kaysa igsoon nga atua sa layo.
