than one who is perverse in his speech^[a] and is a fool.

when your lips speak what is upright.

24 Do not envy men of evil,
and do not desire to be with them.
²For their minds will devise violence,
and their lips will speak mischief.

⁷Like legs that hang limp from a lame person,
so is a proverb in the mouth of fools.
