Proverbs 15:31-33

English Standard Version

³¹^(A)The ear that listens to ^(B)life-giving reproof
    will dwell among the wise.
³²Whoever ^(C)ignores instruction ^(D)despises himself,
    but he who listens to reproof ^(E)gains intelligence.
³³^(F)The fear of the Lord is instruction in wisdom,
    and ^(G)humility comes before honor.
