33 Wisdom is enshrined in an understanding heart;
wisdom is not[a] found among fools.
34 Godliness makes a nation great,
but sin is a disgrace to any people.
35 A king rejoices in wise servants
but is angry with those who disgrace him.

7 “The Lord will conquer your enemies when they attack you. They will attack you from one direction, but they will scatter from you in seven!
8 “The Lord will guarantee a blessing on everything you do and will fill your storehouses with grain. The Lord your God will bless you in the land he is giving you.
9 “If you obey the commands of the Lord your God and walk in his ways, the Lord will establish you as his holy people as he swore he would do.

7 The Lord will grant that the enemies(A) who rise up against you will be defeated before you. They will come at you from one direction but flee from you in seven.(B)
8 The Lord will send a blessing on your barns and on everything you put your hand to. The Lord your God will bless(C) you in the land he is giving you.
9 The Lord will establish you as his holy people,(D) as he promised you on oath, if you keep the commands(E) of the Lord your God and walk in obedience to him.
