Proverbs 14:2

²Whoever fears the Lord walks uprightly,
but those who despise him are devious in their ways.

International Standard Version

²Someone whose conduct is upright fears the Lord,
but whoever is devious in his ways despises him.

²He that walketh in his uprightness feareth the Lord: but he that is perverse in his ways despiseth him.

²⁶Whoever fears the Lord has a secure fortress,^(A)
and for their children it will be a refuge.^(B)

²⁶Rock-solid security is found^[a] in the fear of the Lord,
and within it one’s children find refuge.

²⁶In the fear of the Lord is strong confidence: and his children shall have a place of refuge.
