Proverbs 1:28-32
New King James Version
28 “Then(A) they will call on me, but I will not answer;
They will seek me diligently, but they will not find me.
29 Because they (B)hated knowledge
And did not (C)choose the fear of the Lord,
30 (D)They would have none of my counsel
And despised my every rebuke.
31 Therefore (E)they shall eat the fruit of their own way,
And be filled to the full with their own fancies.
32 For the [a]turning away of the simple will slay them,
And the complacency of fools will destroy them;

Proverbs 1:28-32
New American Standard Bible
28 Then they will (A)call on me, but I will not answer;
They will (B)seek me diligently but will not find me,
29 Because they (C)hated knowledge
And did not choose the fear of the Lord.
30 They (D)did not accept my advice,
They disdainfully rejected every rebuke from me.
31 So they shall (E)eat of the fruit of their own way,
And be (F)filled with their own schemes.
32 For the (G)faithlessness of the naive will kill them,
And the complacency of fools will destroy them.
Proverbs 1:28-32
King James Version
28 Then shall they call upon me, but I will not answer; they shall seek me early, but they shall not find me:
29 For that they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the Lord:
30 They would none of my counsel: they despised all my reproof.
31 Therefore shall they eat of the fruit of their own way, and be filled with their own devices.
32 For the turning away of the simple shall slay them, and the prosperity of fools shall destroy them.
