6 Nevinovăţia oamenilor fără prihană îi scapă,
dar cei răi sunt prinşi de răutatea lor.
7 La(A) moartea celui rău, îi piere nădejdea,
şi aşteptarea oamenilor nelegiuiţi este nimicită.
8 Cel neprihănit(B) este scăpat din strâmtorare,
şi cel rău îi ia locul.

6 The righteousness of the upright will deliver them,
But the unfaithful will be caught by their lust.
7 When a wicked man dies, his expectation will (A)perish,
And the hope of the unjust perishes.
8 (B)The righteous is delivered from trouble,
And it comes to the wicked instead.
