⁸ All the words of my mouth are righteous;

63 Who is this who comes from ^(A)Edom,
    in crimsoned garments from ^(B)Bozrah,
he who is splendid in his apparel,
    ^(C)marching in the greatness of his strength?
“It is I, speaking in righteousness,
    mighty to save.”

^23 (A)By myself I have sworn;
    from my mouth has gone out in ^(B)righteousness
    a word that shall not return:
^(C)‘To me every knee shall bow,
    every tongue shall swear allegiance.’^[a]

^13 (A)The fear of the Lord is ^(B)hatred of evil.
^(C)Pride and arrogance and the way of evil
    and ^(D)perverted speech I hate.

^6 (A)The words of the Lord are pure words,
    like silver refined in a furnace on the ground,
    purified seven times.

⁵ They have dealt corruptly with him;
    they are no longer his children ^(A)because they are blemished;
    they are ^(B)a crooked and twisted generation.
