¹⁰ So then, ^(A)as we have opportunity, let us ^(B)do good to everyone, and especially to those who are ^(C)of the household of faith.

^15 (A)If a brother or sister is poorly clothed and lacking in daily food, ^16 (B)and one of you says to them, “Go in peace, be warmed and filled,” without giving them the things needed for the body, what good^[a] is that?

^7 (A)Pay to all what is owed to them: taxes to whom taxes are owed, revenue to whom revenue is owed, respect to whom respect is owed, honor to whom honor is owed.

⁴ Behold, ^(A)the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you kept back by fraud, are crying out against you, and ^(B)the cries of the harvesters have reached the ears of ^(C)the Lord of hosts.

²⁹ It is ^(A)in my power to do you harm. But the ^(B)God of your^[a] father spoke to me last night, saying, ‘Be careful not to say anything to Jacob, ^(C)either good or bad.’

Woe to the Oppressors

^14 (A)who gave himself for us to ^(B)redeem us from all lawlessness and ^(C)to purify for himself ^(D)a people for his own possession who are ^(E)zealous for good works.
