2 I entreat Euodia and I entreat Syntyche to (A)agree in the Lord. 3 Yes, I ask you also, true companion,[a] help these women, who have labored[b] side by side with me in the gospel together with Clement and the rest of my fellow workers, (B)whose names are in the book of life.

Please, because you belong to the Lord, settle your disagreement. 3 And I ask you, my true partner,[a] to help these two women, for they worked hard with me in telling others the Good News. They worked along with Clement and the rest of my co-workers, whose names are written in the Book of Life.
